HL Rung

This is the standard solid rung for the following steel cable trays, up to 24" wide: NEMA Class 12B and 12C ladder and ventilated/trough trays with flange-in side rails. NEMA Class 20A, 20B and 20C, mill galvanized, ladder and ventilated/trough trays.

Safe Load/Cable Load Only: Allowable uniformly-distributed cable load expressed in lbs/linear foot of tray length, based on the load carrying capability of the rung with a safety factor of 1.5. To convert Safe Load/Cable Load Only to reflect a safety factor of 2.0, multiply the safe loads shown by 0.75.

Safe Load / Cable Load +200 lbs: Allowable uniformly-distributed cable load expressed in lbs/linear foot of tray length, based on the load carrying capability of the rung with a 200 lb. concentrated static load applied at the center of the rung, without collapse.
